Siena President Elisabeth Kennedy Lesser knows the business of healthcare. Prior to founding Siena, she served for seven years as the administrator of a large Los Angeles-based medical oncology group and a consultant to medical practices in multiple areas of specialization. Her experience includes analyzing and renegotiating provider agreements, reviewing and streamlining costs, overseeing the expansion of practices into new geographic areas and the introduction of new patient services, evaluating HIPAA compliance, and training managers and staff. She works with practices generating from $500,000 to $25 million in annual revenues and has developed a particular expertise in assisting financially distressed medical groups become profitable again.
Elisabeth earned her M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and her B.A. from Occidental College. She serves on the boards of directors of several regional non-profit organizations, including as Chair of the Center for Nonprofit Management and as a board member of The Wellness Community West-Los Angeles.

Collection Manager Joseph Montojo oversees a team of experienced medical collectors that consistently collects a high percentage of outstanding claims. Joseph has devoted more than 20 years to collecting accounts receivable for specialized medical groups. Siena's collections team persistently pursues reimbursements from all available sources, by actively tracking and continuously following-up on receivables.

| Information Technology Manager Derich Torres has more than 12 years of experience developing, managing and troubleshooting computer and network-related issues. Derich, who has completed PC Technician and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer courses, specializes in computer hardware, software, EDI protocols, and networks that medical practices rely on in their day-to-day operations. Siena's Information Technology team works closely with Siena's physician clients in developing, upgrading and maintaining integrated technology systems that suit the specific needs of each client. |
